In this package I will coach and support you while you successfully teach your baby the skills they need to sleep peacefully through the night and enjoy restful daytime naps. I will personally walk you through a customized and evidence based sleep plan designed specifically for your little one. This package includes sleep education, a personalized sleep plan, learning independent sleep habits, reading and understanding your baby’s cues and creating a safe and restful sleep environment. Consistency and education is key, and I know by the time we are done we will be successful in getting your baby (and yourself) the sleep you need. It is possible! You deserve this and you don’t need to do it alone.
